Cranial prosthesis may be eligible for insurance Tricare or VA coverage when hair loss occurs due to a medical condition or treatment.

New Image RX assists clients with understanding the consultation process and required documentation. Coverage eligibility varies by provider, policy, and referral.

New Image RX is a private, appointment-only medical wig provider located in Chester, Virginia, serving clients throughout Richmond and surrounding areas. We also assist eligible veterans referred through the Veterans Administration.
