Please note that once a tracking number has been issued and packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the USPS (1-800-275-8777) We require signature confirmation on every package.

International Shipping:

Some countries have import restrictions on certain goods or materials. After the product is dispatched from our facilities, transfer of liability if transferred to you. Therefore you will become the importer and will be liable to pay local taxes or duties if required in your country.

Units will be marked with the value paid to Coverinz.com

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Coverinz Wigs & Extensions, 4112-B Commerce Road, Prince George VA 23875, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
