Will my wig come ready to wear?
Your wig will come pre-plucked, hairline customized, knots bleach, lace cut, styled and ready to wear.
Are units difficult to maintain?
Taking care of your unit is no more difficult than looking after your own hair. The rules are virtually the same, the only difference is you need to be careful with your system and ensure you have been shown how to properly maintain it by hair replacement consultant.
Do you offer customization to your systems, such as highlights and or color.
All units on the website are pre-made and come as is. We do offer custom units which can be designed and created based on your own preferences, such as hair styles, highlights, colors or densities.
How long does it take to get my new unit?
Due to the customization our processing times are as follows
Medical Wigs 60-90 days
Custom Wigs 21-30 days
Premium Lace Collection 30-45 days
Ready to Ship 7-10 days
What is the return policy on my new unit?
NO REFUNDS. Our ready to ship units can be returned within 72 hrs of receiving it for an exchange or store credit. No exchanges on worn items, or if the unit has been altered, or damaged. There is a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders or medical wigs can not be returned as they have been customized to fit your specifications, unless there are defects made on our part. Please make sure that you submit proper measurements when you are having a unit custom made.

How do I wash my new unit? How do I style the unit after I shampoo it?
Shampoo your unit with a sulfate free shampoo and use a moisturizing conditioner. Brush wig with a wig or paddle brush. Let wig air dry, or place under a hooded dryer. You may use heat to curl or style your wig.
What if my wig doesn't fit?
Please measure your head before ordering. Please make sure that you have checked out guideline on how to properly measure your head, when submitting a custom wig order.

Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. This responsibility is passed on to the United States Postal Service (800-275-8777). We require signature confirmation on every package. SIGNATURES ARE REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY
